Cloud India — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "you", or "your") and Cloud ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, platform, and services ("Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

If acting on behalf of a business, you are authorized to bind such entity

2. Nature of Services

Cloud provides:

Cloud-based accounting and bookkeeping services

Tax filing and compliance support (including GST and Income Tax)

Financial reporting and advisory services

The Company acts as a service provider and technology platform and does not act as a legal representative unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws.

You shall not:

Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Disrupt or interfere with the platform

Upload false, misleading, or unlawful data

5. Client Data and Responsibility

You retain ownership of all data submitted (“Client Data”).

You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data

The Company relies on your data to provide Services

Incorrect data may result in errors in outputs

The Company shall not be liable for inaccuracies arising from Client Data.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services, including:

Banks and payment gateways

Government portals (GST, Income Tax Department)

Software and API providers

You acknowledge that:

These services are governed by their own terms

We are not responsible for their performance or availability

7. Fees and Payment

You agree to:

Pay all applicable fees for Services

Provide valid payment details

Authorize recurring payments where applicable

Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

May be revised with prior notice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, design, and content, are owned by Cloud or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform

Use Company branding without authorization

9. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

While we provide accounting and tax-related support:

We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes or financial results

Our Services do not constitute legal advice

You are advised to consult qualified professionals where required

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee:

Continuous availability

Error-free operation

We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Errors arising from incorrect Client Data

Our total liability shall not exceed:

The fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Services

Violation of these Terms

Any data or information provided by you

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

If you breach these Terms

For non-payment

To comply with legal obligations

Outstanding fees remain payable

System failures
