Documentation

The client provides all necessary documents required for Import Export Code (IEC) registration. Our team reviews the documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with DGFT requirements.

Application Preparation & Filing

We prepare and file the IEC application with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). During this process, you may receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered email and mobile number, which we’ll need to proceed with the submission.

Once the application is drafted, it is shared with the client for verification and approval. After receiving confirmation, we finalize and submit the application on the DGFT portal for processing.

Acknowledgement Generation

After successful submission, an acknowledgement number is generated by the DGFT system. This acknowledgement is shared with the client via email for tracking and reference purposes.

Upon approval, the DGFT issues the Import Export Code (IEC) certificate. The certificate is sent directly to the client's registered email address by the department.

It is mandatory for individuals or businesses to obtain an Import Export Code (IEC) before engaging in the import or export of goods and services from India.
