  • Address Proof (Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence / Aadhaar — any one)
  • Photograph of the Applicant and Nominee Director
  • Latest Landline Bill in the name of the Proprietor or Firm
  • Sale Deed (if the business premises are self-owned) or Rental/Lease Agreement (if rented)
  • Bank Certificate or Cancelled Cheque with pre-printed name and account number
  • Bank account must be opened and updated on the GST portal within 45 days of registration
  • Rent agreement must be witnessed by two persons with their name, address, mobile number, and PAN/Aadhaar, along with signatures
  • Landlord’s PAN and Aadhaar must be submitted with the rent agreement
  • Note: Rent agreement stamp duty must comply with The Indian Stamp Act
